REFUND POLICY
At Sirintai, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products (cosmetics), we have a limited refund policy.
Eligible for Refund
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos or a video of the damaged item. We will gladly offer a full refund or replacement. Incorrect Orders: If we shipped you the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ship you the correct product at no additional cost, or offer a full refund.
Not Eligible for Refund
1. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for orders placed due to a change of mind, including but not limited to: Dissatisfaction with color, scent, or texture 2. Ordering the wrong shade or size 3. No longer wanting the product Used or Opened Products: We cannot accept returns for any products that have been used, opened, or tampered with. 4. Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Provide Information: Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. 3. Return Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any specific requirements for returning the item. 4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
